What is the refund/exchange policy
The customer will arrange for AIOSTORE to exchange or deliver the correct quantity in case of receiving damaged/wrong items or a quantity less than ordered. However, for this, a complaint must be launched within 48 hours through AIOSTORE Ticket Support, which can be done by filling out the contact form mentioning our support team's email ID. To process refunds, you must submit video evidence along with a detailed description of the issue related to the delivered product and the order ID, clearly showing that the product is faulty/damaged or that parts are missing. After submitting evidence, a refund claim will be launched by AIOSTORE, and you will receive detailed information via email. Refund claims will be automatically processed within the specified time mentioned in the ticket, and the amount will be transferred to your bank account. How much time we will take to dispatch after order placing
